Tired of overcooked meat and fish? The integrated Digital Cooking Probe monitors your food using two sensors for accurate cooking results. From perfectly flaky fish to tender and juicy chicken, the digital meat thermometer monitors food, so you don’t have to. You can even use it to reheat leftovers.

Before cooking, select the button for your chosen cooking function, food type and desired internal temperature. Insert the probe while the appliance is preheating. Then, leave it to cook and let the grill do the rest. It will automatically turn off and will let you know when it’s time to rest meat or fish.

The resting stage is crucial for cooking, as food will continue to cook – even off the grill. Smart Cook System lets you know precisely when it’s time to remove your dish to rest – giving it the ideal amount of time to carry-over cook to reach your chosen cook level.

Easy to use control panel
Use the control panel to select your food type, desired meat or fish temperature for preset cooking. Or experiment with manual LO, MED, HI and MAX temperature controls to add the perfect finish when using the Grill function:

LO (200°C): A lower temperature that’s perfect for bacon and sausages, or cooking ingredients with thick sauces, such as BBQ.
MED (240°C): Perfect for cooking burgers, frozen meats and vegetables, as well as marinated or sauced meats which may burn at higher temperatures.
HI (260°C): Higher heat cooking for steaks, chicken, hot dogs and meat kebabs.
MAX (up to 265°C): The ideal temperature for vegetables, meat-free kebabs, fruit, pizza, fresh or frozen seafood.
